One of BIDllc’s largest and most ambitious models, this monumental 1:2,000 infrastructure model transforms Greater Muscat’s long-term urban vision into an immersive physical experience. Spanning over 36 metres, it maps the coastline, mountainous terrain, urban districts, transport corridors and future growth zones through precision topography and dynamic illumination. The model makes a city-scale strategy instantly understandable for government leaders, planners and stakeholders. The Greater Muscat plan itself extends from Muttrah to Barka and is designed to guide growth, connectivity and investment while protecting the region’s natural identity.
